Training & Manuals
At construction turn-over, no one knows the building better than our team at Echelcon. We provide your building operations staff with the training they need to understand the best way to maintain the building. We also supply all the important manuals, including O&M (Operation and Maintenance) Manuals, Training Manuals, and Preventive Maintenance Manuals.
Warranties
Echelcon works with you to establish the warranty period and goes the extra mile to ensure the quality of your facility. We follow up on a scheduled, regular basis to confirm the building still meets the warranty standards. We obtain the necessary warranties and certifications from subcontractors and vendors, including equipment operating manuals and service provider contacts.
