Project Engineer

You’ll have the responsibility of Chief Engineer on your projects. This position is responsible for duties including bid package development, CPM scheduling, shop drawing delivery, expediting deliveries, managing project cost accounting, and subcontractor billings. The Project Engineer plays an important role in a successful project, by providing onsite support for the project superintendent.

Safety Manager

The Safety Manager supports safety on the projects you manage. This position helps in the administration of the company’s safety program. The Safety Manager develops the projects accident prevention requirements and leads the training and management of safety engineers. The Safety Manger will report to the Vice President of Construction. The Safety Manager also assists in the recruiting and development of team safety engineers.

Project Superintendent

The Project Superintendent is responsible for the onsite coordination of the project so that it meet project specifications, is safe, maintains budget stays on schedule and maintains customer satisfaction and safety.

The Project Superintendent must develop all details of the construction plan to guarantee the plan and make sure it is consistent with the overall project schedule. The Project Superintendent and Project Manager work together as team to fulfill all the needs of the construction crew for successful completion of the project. The Project Superintendent is dedicated on the day to day on site requirements of the project. The Project Superintendent reports to the Vice President of Construction.

Estimator

The Senior Estimator is responsible for advanced quantity assessment a variety of “self-performed work“ including, concrete, carpentry, and specific subcontractor trades. We expect you’ll have years of valuable field experience with the ability to accurately and precisely assess requirements and develop bids.The Estimator is responsible for estimating all personnel and material budgets. The Estimator will be expected to be responsible for identifying out of scope projects which may be leads for future projects.

In this position, the Estimator will learn to manage teams of people, develop the company’s self-performed work guidelines, and the manage bid assembly, buyout and subcontracting bids.
